Provision Of Products

In connection with the products provided, which are provided through our partner Paddle Platform (Paddle.com Market Ltd.), I need to obtain your identification data, address, email address, information about your purchase, scope of provided products (type of license) in order to deliver the product to you correctly.

Thus, I will process your personal data for the purpose of delivery of the product in connection with other data controller – Paddle Platform, send you e-mail communication connected with provision of product (updates of terms, support activities, information about your license). The processing is based on performance of contract that is being concluded between us (by accepting terms). The personal data will be processed under this purpose for the period of fulfillment the contract.

Protection Of Rights

Your data may also be processed for the purposes protecting of rights and legal claims, and to ensure that only you use products in accordance with their terms. The legal basis for this processing is my legitimate interest in the protection rights and obligations. The data is processed until a maximum of 10 years after the termination of the concluded contract (or longer in the event of a dispute).

Fulfilling Legal Obligations

Personal data will also be processed in order to comply with legal obligations, particularly in the area of tax and accounting. At the same time, I need to be prepared to provide cooperation to state authorities if we are required to do so by law. The legal basis for this processing is the fulfilment of legal obligations. The data is processed for the period required by law.

Marketing Communication

At the same time, by entering your email address, I will be sending you further commercial communications if you do not opt-out from such communication. You have the option to refuse such commercial communications at any time in any individual email I send you.

In other words, if you provide me with your e-mail to obtain a product, your e-mail will be included in the newsletter list for the period indicated below.

You will be included in the newsletter list for as long as you unsubscribe from the newsletter list, but for a maximum of 3 years from the last newsletter sent to you. The legal basis for the processing of the personal data provided is my legitimate interest that consist of direct marketing. At the same time, I process your e-mail address for the purpose of delivering the product, i.e., for the purpose of fulfilling the contractual relationship that is hereby established between us. The provision of consent is necessary in this case, since without consent it is not possible to provide the product.

You can opt-out at any time by clicking the "unsubscribe" button in any e-mail I send you, or by replying to the e-mail I send you, or by sending a request that you no longer wish to be contacted to the e-mail address . Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of consent given prior to withdrawal.

Right Of Access

You have the right to obtain confirmation from me as to whether or not I am processing your personal data. If I process your personal data, you also have the right to request access to information about the purpose and scope of the processing, the recipients of the data, the duration of the processing, the right to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and to object to the processing, the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority and the sources of the personal data (this information is already provided in this document).

You can also ask for a copy of the personal data I process. I provide the first copy free of charge; further copies may be subject to a fee. The scope of the data provided may be limited so as not to interfere with the rights and freedoms of others.

Right To Withdraw Consent

You have the right to withdraw your consent to the processing of personal data at any time. However, the withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing prior to such consent, nor does it lead to the termination of the processing of personal data that has already been anonymized.

Right To Repair

You have the right to request to correct inaccurate personal data concerning you. Depending on the purpose of the processing, you may also have the right to have incomplete personal data completed, including by providing an additional declaration.

Right To Erasure (Right To Be Forgotten)

You have the right to request the deletion of your personal data in cases where:
I no longer need your personal data for the purposes for which it was collected or processed;

• you withdraw the consent on the basis of which the personal data was processed and there is no further reason for processing it:
• you object to processing and there are no other overriding reasons for processing, or you object to processing for direct marketing purposes;
• personal data is processed in violation of the law.

However, you cannot exercise this right where the processing is necessary for compliance with legal obligations or tasks entrusted to me in the public interest or for the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims.

Right To Restriction Of Processing

You have the right to request restriction of the processing of your personal data in cases where:

• you contest the accuracy of your personal data; in this case, you may request a restriction of processing until the accuracy of the personal data has been verified;
• the processing is contrary to the law and instead of erasure, you request a restriction of the processing of personal data;
• I no longer need your personal data for the purposes for which it was collected or processed, but you require it for the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims;
• you have objected to the processing of your personal data; in this case, you may request a restriction of processing until it is verified that our legitimate interests prevail.

Right To Portability

You have the right to obtain a copy of your personal data that I process by automated means on the basis of your consent or for the performance of a contract. I will transmit this data in a commonly used and machine-readable format to you or to a controller designated by you, if technically feasible. The scope of the data provided may be limited so as not to interfere with the rights and freedoms of others.

Right To Object

You have the right to object to the processing of your personal data that I process on the basis of legitimate interest. I will stop processing your data if there are no other overriding reasons for processing or if the processing is not necessary for the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims or if you object to processing for direct marketing purposes. If you object in connection with marketing communication, I will stop with such marketing communication.

Right To File A Complaint

The processing of personal data is supervised by the Office for Personal Data Protection located at Pplk. Sochora 27, 170 00 Prague 7, to which you can lodge a complaint in case of dissatisfaction. More information at www.uoou.cz.
