School works and school projects / personal projects of a student, for selected kinds of non-commercial use under conditions laid below.
This license is designated solely for full-time students, who fulfil the following criteria:
The Student License allows You to use the Products solely for Your school projects and school works or Your personal projects which were created during the time of Your study. The Student License covers commercial use of the Product only under condition You are the owner/initiator of the project.
You may use the Products under Student License for specific uses only under the condition the use of a single work / project fulfils limitation criteria. If you exceed the limitation criteria, You must purchase the relevant type of License for particular use (or all in one License).
Once You need to use the Product for Your customer or different third person, such person must purchase the appropriate License. You may not apply for Sublicense under Your Student License.
The Student License covers use of the Products even after Your study terminates, but only if it is a non-commercial use of a project / work created during Your study. You may not use the Student License for any works or projects which were created after the end of Your study.

You also shall not transfer Your License to third person!

You can buy a license to fonts which We created and present on this website from our business partner Paddle Platform. We cannot provide you with fonts in case your country is under economic sanctions. You will find the info on formats in which you can download the fonts.
Why can’t you buy the license directly from Us? It is too complicated for us to make sure we pay the right taxes in all countries from which our customers are buying the license. Paddle Platform helps us to make sure we are in line with applicable tax and other legislation.
Please read these end user license terms for fonts (“Terms“) carefully before You start using the Products (Our fonts). When You download, install, start using the Products or purchase a License to the Products from Paddle Platform, You, at the same time, conclude a license agreement with Us. If You do not agree to these Terms, You must not use the Products.

Once You select the desired Product and appropriate License (the calculator on Our website will calculate the price for You) and proceed to purchase, You will be redirected from Our website to Paddle Platform, and You will purchase the License to the Products directly from the Paddle Platform. Therefore, You confirm terms and conditions of Paddle Platform, make a payment towards Paddle Platform, get the link to download the Product from Paddle Platform and thus get the License from Paddle Platform – i.e. You have a direct relationship with Paddle Platform governed by terms and conditions of the Paddle Platform. You will buy a license to use the font (Product) from Paddle Platform. The scope of license is defined by Us in this section. Your right is not limited in time and in territory, but the type of selected license sets various limitations as for: purpose of use, number of users, size of your company.

Upon full payment of the price of the Product and compliance with all requirements of Paddle Platform, Paddle Platform shall grant You non-exclusive License for use of the Product within unlimited territory and within unlimited time. However, there are following limitations of Your License to use of the Product, all of which depend on the particular type of License You selected and purchased. To warn You, using the Product beyond those limitations establishes breach of the License. Limitations for various types of License are:
You can reproduce (use a copy of) the Product to create Your Materials within the scope of methods of use and purposes allowed by the purchased type of the License. You can distribute, display, rent, loan or communicate Products as an integral part of Your Materials to the public or otherwise use them also within the scope of the methods and purposes allowed by the purchased type of the License. However, You shall not reproduce nor otherwise use the Products:
You agree that You have the rights expressly set forth in these Terms and no other. All rights not expressly granted in the Terms are reserved to Us.
You acknowledge that We own all right, title and interest, including all intellectual property rights, in and to the Products.
We may request information concerning use of the Products by You / Authorized Users / third persons to whom You made the Products available. You agree to provide us with requested information in writing within 3 days as of receipt of Our request. You shall also keep records of Your use of the Products. We may request, on reasonable prior notice, inspect and audit Your records. In case We reveal any deficiency (e.g. underpayment due to insufficient Licence / missing Sublicense etc.), You shall promptly pay any amounts due and You shall cover Our costs which arose in connection with such audit. You shall also provide Us with all assistance We reasonably request from You so We can effectively enforce Our rights in case of their breach by a third person who obtained the Product from / through You, without charging Us any costs.

Breach of this Article also represents material breach of the Terms for which We can immediately terminate the License, i.e. Your right to use the Product, without any refund.
We put Our effort in creation of the fonts, and we have certain rules to protect them. In this section, you can check which actions and dealing with fonts are prohibited. If you break the rules, We can immediately terminate your license – this means you would not be able to use the font anymore.
The prices of License to the Products stated in the offer on Our websites exclude VAT and other applicable taxes and charges. The price including all taxes and charges will be shown to You once You proceed to Paddle Platform.
You shall pay the price for the License directly to Paddle Platform in line with their terms and conditions. To be sure, We shall not deal with any requests for refunds and are not obliged to pay any refunds to You.
We may, at Our sole discretion, offer the Licenses to the Products under discounted prices, e.g. for students, NGO’s, cultural institutions or publisher houses. In case You fulfil the criteria specified in Our offer, You may send us an e-mail to our contact address with required details and documentation and We will assess Your request. We reserve a right to reject the discount request in case You do not fulfil the criteria according to Our assessment. If We assess Your request positively, We will provide You with promo code which You shall insert in the relevant field of the order form on the Paddle Platform. We shall not be liable for any issues caused by using incorrect promo code, technical or similar issues on the side of the Paddle Platform.

We provide You with the Product as is, without any warranty (whether express, implied, statutory or otherwise). We do not guarantee that the Product will fit for any particular purpose, be compatible or work with any software, system or other services, be accurate, complete or error free. If You spot any deficiency within the Product, notify Us in writing at latest within 7 days as of the commencement of License Term, We will scrutinize it and fix the deficiency. If You fail to notify us within the given deadline, We are not obliged to fix the deficiency. You expressly give up any other rights which could arise to You from defective performance.
If anything burdensome (like a legal claim, lawsuit, injury, etc.) happens in connection with breach of these Terms caused by You, You shall defend us and reimburse us for any damage We would suffer (including costs of legal representation, court or other proceedings, license fees, settlement fees etc).
We shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damage that could arise as a result or in relation to the use of the Products or these Terms, including consequential, incidental, exemplary, special, enhanced or punitive damages, increased costs, loss of business, revenues or profits etc. In case We would anyway be held liable for any damages, our obligation to compensate them is limited up to CZK 2 000 in total. You expressly waive the right to compensation for damages above this amount.
We shall not be liable for any damage whatsoever which arise to You as a result of use of Paddle Platform, the technical or issues on the Paddle Platform, and We shall not be liable to pay You any refund whatsoever in connection with payments etc. towards Paddle Platform. You shall contact Paddle Platform directly if any issue arises. We are only in direct relation with You as concerns Your use of the Products.
The provisions in this Article are not intended to deprive You of any consumer rights, if You qualify as a consumer under applicable laws. The provisions of this Article apply to consumers only to the extent allowed by applicable consumer laws.
You hereby agree that You want the Products to be made available to You shortly after the payment of the price, i.e. long before the end of 14 days period which is granted to consumers from the EU for withdrawal (i.e. immediate termination) from the Agreement. This consent means You cannot exercise Your right to withdraw from the Agreement in 14 days period after conclusion of the Agreement (but You will have the Products available earlier).
As You can order License for Trial Fonts for free before You purchase the appropriate License for intended use of the Product, We do not offer any refunds. The payments shall be managed by Paddle Platform. If you anyway feel that you are entitled for any kind of refund according to applicable laws, please inform Us on our contact e-mail () and We will handle Your request individually.
These Terms and all legal relations arising from or related to them are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic with the exclusion of rules on conflict of law. The disputes shall be settled amicably first, and if this does not work, they shall be decided by the courts of the Czech Republic which have jurisdiction according to Our registered office.
We will communicate together preferably in electronical form, and “in writing” or “written” form also means an e-mail with simple electronic signature.
If any provision of this agreement turns out as invalid, null, void, or unenforceable, the parties agree to replace such provision with valid, effective, and enforceable provision of the same commercial and legal significance within 14 days from the delivery of the written request of the other party.
