I am Vojtěch Kollert, ID No. 03615812, with registered office at 549 55, Žďár nad Metují 1, and I, as a personal data controller, would like to inform you, as users of the https://oomtype.com/ website, customers, and suppliers, about how I process your personal data.

There are only few places on website where personal data can be processed. However, I still see the protection of personal data as very important. I process personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”) and related regulations for the protection of privacy and for the commercial communications.

1 Scope of personal data processing

In connection with the products provided, which are free of charge, I need to obtain your email address in order to deliver the product to you correctly. Thus, I will process your personal data for the purpose of delivery of the product. At the same time, by entering your email address, you agree with sending you further commercial communications. You have the option to refuse such commercial communications at any time in any individual email I send you.

In other words, if you provide me with your email to obtain a product, your email will be included in the newsletter list for the period indicated below.

You will be included in the newsletter list for as long as you unsubscribe from the newsletter list, but for a maximum of 3 years from the last newsletter sent to you. The legal basis for the processing of the personal data provided is your consent pursuant to Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. At the same time, I process your e-mail address for the purpose of delivering the product, i.e., for the purpose of fulfilling the contractual relationship that is hereby established between us. The provision of consent is necessary in this case, since without consent it is not possible to provide the product.

You can withdraw your consent at any time by clicking the “unsubscribe” button in any email I send you, or by replying to the email I send you, or by sending a request that you no longer wish to be contacted to the email address oomtype@gmail.com. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of consent given prior to withdrawal.

I only share your personal data with necessary recipients in order to send you an email. The recipients will be mainly the provider of the mailing system or the provider of another platform through which I manage emailing. Also, it is possible that your personal data will be shared with partner company SpoluDesign s.r.o.

You have the right of access to personal data; right to rectification; right to erasure (‘right to be forgotten’); right to restriction of data processing; right to data portability; right to object to processing; and right to file a complaint with respect to personal data processing.
